Jess Fine Foods is based in the village of Twechar nestling on the edge on the Campsie Hills.  Only 20 minutes’ drive from Glasgow and a few minutes from the M80 motorway it has excellent transport links. Jess Fine Foods specialises in the supply of Cooked Meats, Sous Vide Products, puddings and Continental Sausages.

We are part of the A.P. Jess Scottish Food Group which encompasse

    1. Isle of Barra Oysters an oyster farm on the Isle of Barra which is the most westerly island in Scotland and a 5 hour ferry trip from the mainland. The waters around Barra are very cold and very clear and clean and produce a wonderful slow grown oyster. 

    Over the years it has acquired a number of businesses and has expanded in to most aspects of the meat trade. Jess Fine Foods has been awarded the BRC “A” standard, as well as using all UK Farm Assured raw materials. It operates from modern premises which have been equipped to a high standard and with well trained and dedicated staff we can “turn our hand” to many things.

    We love working with customers to bring solutions to all sorts of challenges and there is nothing more pleasing to us than a well satisfied customer.

    We have the ability to smoke, bake, sous vide, cook. We currently work with 5 proteins: Beef, Pork, Chicken, Duck & Turkey. We can do others if required. We make products as diverse as Slow Cooked Shin of Beef to Logs for Gravy Stock.
